It's hard to believe we're about 2/3 through this year. We've had some crazy heavy meals in the last few weeks... sometimes two in one day, so both Ryan and I wanted to keep it light this week. We're eating salads, sandwiches, soup, and anything we can whip up from the simple ingredients we have on hand in the pantry and lots of fresh produce. Sometimes the best plan after eating lots of rich foods is to go back to simplicity, so that's what we're doing this week. No plan, just keeping it simple.
We have another busy weekend ahead, so the junk food and other yummy stuff is sure to be back soon!
