Menu Plan Monday - Week 45

With my very first HALF MARATHON finally behind me, I'm excited to change up my schedule for the end of this year, and free up lots of time for cooking and especially trying new (and some hopefully healthier) recipes.  Here's what I'm thinking for this week....

11.7.11 - Meatloaf Pillows & Broccoli 

11.8.11 - Baked Chicken Parmesan & Salad
11.10.11 - Team-in-Training Victory Party!
11.11.11 - Date Night Out
11.12.11 - USC vs. Florida game (Making this Hashbrown Casserole for tailgate) 
11.13.11 - Dinner Club
